We are not one but many, and our numbers are increasing – clusters of women around the globe praying for God’s glory to be revealed. Our name is taken from Lydia in Acts 16. Paul went down by the riverbank to pray, found Lydia and a group of women, and from there the good news about Jesus spread to Europe. That story excites me! Whether we are meeting by the riverbank, in a home, at a church, school, community center, or workplace, there is power in united prayer.

The narratives contained in this booklet are a smattering of the God stories and ideas I have received from Lydia prayer sisters.
